Augusto helped launch EquiPay, serving hundreds of underserved merchants with equitable and affordable payment solutions and he spent 15 years helping the unbanked and underbanked with cross-border payments. Augusto holds an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School.

Tom Policelli is the CEO of Health Payment Systems, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin which includes TempoPay and PayMedix. Tom Policelli joined the leadership team in February 2021. Previously, he was a co-founder and CEO of Minuteman Health in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Before that, he was co-founder and CEO of Averde Health. Tom also ran United Health Group's consumer-directed health business and founded a new business unit within the company. He began his career at CIGNA Healthcare, and while at Monitor Company consulted with several leading healthcare companies.
