Is this a pre-tax program?
TempoPay is an after-tax program that complements pre-tax accounts by protecting investment balances and offsetting funding timelines so employees access care when they need it, not when they can afford it.
Is it really interest-free for employees?
Yes! TempoPay does not charge any interest or fees to the employee– ever.
Do employees need to be on the health plan to use TempoPay?
Your company can extend TempoPay to most of your population, whether they are on the health plan or not. Employees need to at least 18 years old to open an account.
How long does it take to launch?
Our payroll connection provides the most seamless experience for your team. In most cases we can launch within 2-3 weeks!
